Surtal South Asian Arts Festival 2010

As part of its continuous effort to promote and build new audiences in Asian Arts in Derby and the mounting success in previous years’ festival, Surtal will be presenting another South Asian Arts Festival in August 2010 at Normanton Park, Derby followed by Season of South Asian Arts which comprise of  ‘Kahani Diwali’ and ‘Lantern Parade – The Festival of Light’, Urban Asia, Women in Arts (Behano Ki Rang Tarang) and Natak (Drama). 

Apart from these there are other programmes where sponsors can get involved i.e  ‘Youth & Community’ and ‘Arts in Education’ programme

It is a wonderful opportunity for business or private sponsors to publicise their product or business through Surtal’s events at the same time helping Surtal to promote high quality South Asian arts activities in Derby and in the region.
