About the Event
Create your own eco-friendly lantern inspired by the heritage, colours and natural beauty of the Elvaston Estate. Using biodegradable materials such as willow, tissue paper and bamboo, you’ll explore the themes of light, peace and friendship in a fun, hands-on workshop. Suitable for adults, families and children aged 5+ (children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult). Illuminate your lantern with a battery-operated LED light and then bring it along to the Derby Lantern Parade on 27th November to showcase your creation and help light up the city centre — a magical family day out not to be missed!, click here
