SHED is the latest work from Yorkshire-based dance theatre company Northern Rascals. Performed by an intimate cast of four skilled dancers, SHED weaves together digital art, spoken word and contemporary dance to raise awareness of some of the most common mental health issues facing young people today. Human relationships are centre-stage and emotions run high as four characters lay bare real-life experiences - about growing up and moving on, and the challenges experienced along the way.
