Artistic lead, Pritam Singh, worked with with leading digital arts organisation DESIgn (Bhangra Unwrapped), global music producer Tru Skool and TeeL (Bhangra Unplugged) and dancers from Nachda Sansaar (Bhangra Unravelled) to creatively explore the principles of the artistic genre. A project delivered throughout Derby, Nottingham and Leicester, performance pieces directed byNahid Siddiqui working with Deda and local dance groups, were developed and performed at the 2017 Derby Mela and Derby Feste.
